A Mother Warming Ceremony is a traditional postpartum practice designed to support a mother's recovery after childbirth. The ceremony is often performed a few days after birth in your home, and is meant to provide comfort, relaxation, and a sense of nurturing during the postpartum period.

Traditional placenta encapsulation involves steaming, dehydrating, and grinding the placenta into capsules for postpartum use. This practice supports recovery by replenishing nutrients, balancing hormones, and boosting energy levels. Traditionally utilized to reduce postpartum mood swings, enhance milk production, and promote overall well-being.
